i have been swimming intense workouts seven days a week for eight years now. The are 3 1/2 hours long. one hour everyday is spent on dryland training (running, jump roping, medicine balls, some ab work) but i still do not have abs. if it were anyone else i would just say work hard, but the problem is that i work so hard that sometimes i throw up. i need something to get the abs of my fellow teammates.

My father made me a deal. He told me if I get a full ride scholarship to college he would buy my the car of my choice. I have narrowed it down to 3 different models. I would like to know what car you would choose. I don't want you to pick one because it cost more. I would like your opinion on quality, handling, and the other goodies. My choices are the 2008 BMW 328i, 2008 Acura TL, and the 2008 Volvo S40.

How do you handle it constructively? Of course like many fans I plan on venturing out this weekend to Cleveland to see my Tigs at "The Jake" (Jacob's Field). I will be sporting all Old English D of course head to toe. I'm just trying to prepare myself for the negativety I'm bound to face. Advice? I couldn't not show my teams pride...my boys have came a long way...now let me pray that they will at least one of the two games I have tickets to. lol They do well on the road...we'll see...Darn bullpen!! severe behavioral problems since I had my new baby, which is 6 months old now. I'm not sure what to do. He was the only grandchild until I had my other baby. I'm a single mother. He hits me, my friends and family. I'm at my wits end. I don't know what else to do. I've tried taking things away from him, I've spanked him. I've put him in the corner. It seems as if nothing works. I'm starting to think he may even have A.D.D. I don't know what else to do. Anyone have any advice? Thanks!!

I saw a girl with a Hooter Hider the other day and I was wondering if anyone knew how to make one or where I could find a site to get some ideas. If you dont know what it is, please dont waste your time by answering this. My baby hates wraps and slings and fabric being on his face so nursing discreetly is challenging but a light blanket does the job. I don't really have to have one so I dont want to pay $35 or more for one...I would rather make one. I looked but I cant find anything that is close to that. Thanks!
