Have you done any traveling lately? They may be paying you for the money you spent while traveling on orders. Or they may have shorted you on your bonus or something and are now repaying you. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

They are taking money from you. At some point you took an advance in pay and they are now collecting it.

the SM requested an advance.. either of BAH or of base pay, and is now paying it back.
