I am assuming this is the correct section to put this question in because I need to know the most proper way to handle this situation. I just moved to a new apartment building and I love it and I love my place. However, what I don't love? The person that lives above me. They make entirely too much noise!!! Everyday it sounds like they are moving furniture across their floor. It is so noisy and it keeps me up at night. I am terrified that when school starts again this Summer and I need to study I am going to have to leave home to do it because of all the noise. What should I do? I am not a confrontational person and I don't want to risk offending this person by telling them to knock off the noise. I never had this problem in my old building. How do I handle it? Have you ever had this problem before?

me and this guy are sort of "flirting", but there are so many grey areas..noone wants to make the first move

so there are only 2 occasions that he wrong sent txt messages and both of them are "supposedly" talking sweetly to someone...

is it possible it's intentionally sent wrong to make me jealous or something?
