I have no data other than multicultural experience but I surmise that all people [ we are just one race- human] have
the spread of intelligence...from idiot to savant to blue-ribbon certified genius. Environmental factors contribute in both positive and negative ways: poor nutrition/living conditions v.
good educational opportunities/home nurturing. Is test-taking the ultimate measure?

i duno think its true that asian are cleverer cos i am from hong kong when i moved to england i found all subsjects extremely easy even english i caught up with class really quickly.
