im 27 5'7 and 227 pounds, i work out 4 times a week and i am on a diet, i was wondering if anyone can give me some exercise tips on how to tighten up my skin because i dont want to have saggy skin. does anyone know how to prevent this or things i can do, what types of exercises work for this. thankz

I am a straight male and he is always touching me in a playful jokingly manner. He has a girlfriend but he once mentioned that although he is dating her, I still mean alot to him. He didnt mention this in a way thats suggesting that she takes up time spent with me but in a more sexual manner. He often tries to lay his hand in my lap or reach across a table and touches my hand. I have joked about liking him but only as a joke and now I think he has taken things a little too far. I am not comfortable about this. I'm not sure how to discuss this with him. If he is really gay, that is fine with me I dont have a problem with that. But I want to know what I can do about this situation. Please help me

My brother called my childrens poor because I don't buy my 4 childrens the best things, buy there clothes at a high end store, and let them sit there, not doing any work. I have 4 childrens and my brother has 1 child. He tells me that I have bad parenting skills. I buy their clothes at Macy's and I buy there shoes at kids footlocker, its not like I buy there stuff at goodwill or anything, they have plenty to eat, and I buy games to them, they have to earned a good grade to buy all the good stuff. I don't want my childrens to be lazy slobs.

I have been really good friends with this dude for a couple of years now and we had everything in common and were pretty much inseperable. We were fine till he started going out with this chick. I have nothing against her, so i tried to be friends with her but she just brushed me off. Then one day my friend cut off all his hair changed his style and became religious. I admitt it made me mad that he changed himself for a chick but i still love the dude either way. But now he completely stop talking to me and at school he is just indifferent towards me. Currently she broke up with him but he is still trying to win her back. When I talked to him about it he just told me that he is doing this because he wants to mature and strengthen his relationships with other people. Then before I knew it he started rumors about me with his new friends. I'm tired of being nice and i just dont know what to do in this current situation.

Was lovely and clear water, added oxygenating plants and water was clear for about a week before turning, after a week I added the green away but it has made no difference, I know my fish are still alive, but wish the pond looked nicer, please help. thanks

I have a year and a half old puggle (pug/beagle). He is very smart and well behaved, however recently he has started to have accidents again. Once he was housebroken he would have them. But for over 6 months he has not. Also it only happens want we are home. If my husband goes to mow the lawn or workout he has an accident in the living room. If I go to check my e-mail or do laundry upstairs it happens. He doesn't bark to go out. It's like he gets mad at us for being home and not paying attention to him and pees on the rug. He also will chew a pillow on the couch in the same situation. We are thinking of putting him back in the crate when we are home but not with him. We can be gone at work all day and nothing will happen then that evening he will have an accident. He had 3 yesterday because I was home from work and cleaning the house. Any ideas?
