Do you have someone close in your family , like an older brother or sister or even aunt and uncle that can take care of you if something would happen? If you are really concerned then talk to your parents and ask them what you should do if something happened to them. Sometimes parents have those things already worked out especially if you have any Godparents. Don't worry so much they are okay.

I was 10 days away from 12th birthday when mother died. Dad passed away just 3 years ago. I am not even 40. Ok dear. face reality, death is a part of life we all must face. Face it now that you will lose your parents to death at some point in your life. Grow up and learn to take care of your life on your own so when they do pass you are fine and can handle the loss. Just know it's ok to not like the idea of the loss. But, know it is in the future.

It is inevitable, but even with my parents in their 70s I still dread the day.
The best thing to do is to prepare for it by spending as much time with them as possible now. Don't put off saying things you want to say to them. Try to make sure that when the day does come, that you don't have regrets of not doing those things.
A full relationship with your parents is easier to mourn than one with a lot of maybe s and what ifs.
So, enjoy your time with them now, make the moments count and get those thoughts of something you can't do anything about out of your head.
Peace

Don't think about that at the moment. Just live your life and think about what is happening in the present. If something did happen like that, you would always know your parents loved you.

Hey! Well you can look at it this way.. They are in a safe peaceful place now.. It might be hard sometimes but you just gotta think to your self they are watching over you every second. You can also talk to them or tell them anything you want.

My parents are now elderly and I am grown. I love them dearly and would love for them to know Jesus before they pass... I will be very, very sad when they are gone... but I am grown and on my own, now, so I will cope and move on.

Just tell yourself, that they are in a better place, but treat them with kindness and respect, while they are still alive!
