I was a former orthodox christian. But thanks to some people here on yahoo answers,I have come to a change of thought.
I am really ashame for being a part of the christian church.
So many people are corrupted.So few see the light.I wont be a part of a spiritual community that has wery few spiritual things about it,that is intolerant,that supports lies and delusions.
I ask you now: "What would you do next?"
and "Do you think that I am correct about this decision?"

what is it in me that god hates so much? that he took away one of my valuable and most vital possessions, my health? He took it away from me when i was 16, 16 when girls started to notice me and when i took a interest in sports, when i was supposed to develop and mature into a nice man? i lost my youth because of that and my health is getting worser by the day? why? just wanna know why?

in my almost acre backyard, maybe a 5x5 or 6x6, I pretty much have an idea of how to do it but I am not sure where to purchase or look for sand to fill it and how much I would need for that size. any handy men out there that could give me advice or links to some places to buy sand and how much I would need.

I am 23, and I have been dating my boyfriend since 16. I just graduated from college and work full time, but I still live with my parents. So my situation is not that bad as it could be.

I have a feeling my mother suspects something, and waiting for me to tell her.
I know my she is not going to be extremely upset with me, but it still will be a shock for my family, as I am not married.
I think the bigger concern is not my mother, but the rest of the family.

of the weight i gained from pregnancy i gained a total of 80 lbs i started off at 140 im really short so i look really really huge what are some ways i can loose weight i started taking these diet pills like 2 days ago and i go on walks with my son but its hard becuz my back and feet hurt after like maybe an hr i have tryed everything i can think of plus my breasts got really big iam a dd now so they weigh like 2 ton lol what are some ways i can loose weight i need alot of help

I had a heart cath about 3 yrs ago to have a heart procedure done. I waited 18 yrs to correct the problem because the technology was not available to fix it until now. I researced it and I made sure the cardiologist who did it was the best in the business.
I got all my affairs in order and arranged for my kids to be financially taken care of if I died while I was on the table.
I had a long talk with 2 of my sisters and made sure my heart was right with God. I prayed for 3 months worrying I would not survive and finally went into the hospital for the procedure which for me was very risky. My son and my significant other went with me.
The procedure went well, I survived and the physician told my significant other and my son I did well and I would not have to worry about the problem creeping up anymore.
After I went into recovery,my significant other called his 2 sons and ex wife I did well and would be coming home soon.
Why did he call them instead of my family?

i am not particularly religious. I just read a question on here which made me think of another. Someone asked if "God was dead". Someone else replied. I just talked to him this morning, he assured me he is alive and in control"
my question is this. All the people who say they talk to god. Does he actually use words like that? can you tell me what his voice sounds like, or is it more of a feeling? you feel he would say this or feel what his intentions are but not really his specific words?

this is my dad's car, and he wants to get something new. he's offering to sell it to me for about $2500. it has 120k miles and it's an automatic. i've driven it a few times and i enjoy the ride, but i'd really like to get a stick shift.

there's a jetta down the street from my house for $2300, reduced from $2700. the guy is moving in august and he's anxious to get rid of it. i test drove it on friday and it runs pretty well. the guy is a mechanic and he lists all of the upgrades (mostly suspension) that he's done to it. he's also giving away a performance clutch kit and an extra set of alloys and tires with it. it has 180k miles.
