Not many. LOL In fact, he tried hard to get out of leading the Israelites from Egypt, telling God basically "can't you get someone else to do this?" but God had already chosen the man for the job.
Moses had his faults - he was a poor orator and had little patience, but one of his greatest assets was his undying faith in God and willingness to obey.

He was faithful, even though he had some doubts in the very beginning. In a nutshell, Moses possessed the qualities the Israelites should have had.
