My grandfather is 70 years old, but, problem is, he still has his BLACK HAIR. He does NOT dye his hair, his hair is naturally black. Isn't it unusual for a 70 year old person to not grow white hair? And, he is also full of energy, and he does not exercise or do any special training of the sort.

He used to smoked cigarrettes, but quit at age 50. This does not help with the fact that he is so "young."

In comparison, my dad is 54, his head is full of white hair, and he gets tired easily. He continues to smoke cigarrettes, which he started to when he was a young man.

My grandfather always eats peanuts and fish, might that be the reason why he is so energetic and youthful? Maybe this is the secret recipe to a long life..

i always see 2 years of foreign language OR fine arts on admission forms and applications. so I'm confused. if i dont wanna continue studying spanish after my first year in high school can i just take two years of fine arts classes and recieve admission?
also will they make me take spanish in their college? newayz all information and help is welcomed.

whats wrong.

it takes about literally 25-30 mins to shutdown i get annoyed and have to just hold the on button for it to instantly switch off and that is not safe to do i dont want to short circuit my pc

I am going to be putting my house on the market soon to relocate. Its an older 2 bedroom home. I can't afford to do any expensive remodeling (ie`new kitchen counters, gutting the bathroom). So I was wondering if anyone had any tips for what I should do to attract buyers. What are the big turn on's and turn off's when you look at a home. This is the only home I've ever bought so I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. We have done some updating while we lived here, but its all been plumbing, wireing, the type of thing you can't see. I'm looking for more cosmetic type advice. Thank you!
