Are you sure this is a mouse and not just a juvenile rat? In either case, since you can't pick it up yourself, go get yourself a shovel and pick it up that way. Then carry it outside and have the decency to put the poor thing out of its misery but hitting it on the head with the shovel hard and kill it.
The other alternative, although a very inhumane one, is to simply leave it where it is overnight and have someone else deal with your problem in the morning. The poor thing might well survive the night though.
Good luck.

Mouse Snap Trap

This is the pet section as someone has pointed out-but you have made the decision to trap the mouse. It wasn't a clean kill and rather than let it suffer you need to get over your phobia long enough to put it down quickly or let it go.

Scoop it up with a piece of newspaper or put on a pair of gloves, put it in a large baggie and immerse in water or put it in the freezer.

And while you do that, don't act like a screaming idiot-do it calmly and respectfully-the thing is trapped and dying and your own fears are secondary to its suffering. Not everything is about you.

No ones coming to save it and it will squeak for up to 24 hours b4 it dies of hunger/thirst. But since it got cought in the trap, it should have some type of internal damage and die a lot quicker!!

Poor thing. Man I hate mouse traps. They are cruel. Rescue the poor thing or at least put it out of its misery. A harmless mouse cant do anything to you. Just overcome your fear. How would you feel if you got caught in something and was dieing slowly but the person wouldn't come cause they were afraid. it would be PAINFUL.

that all depends on where and how the mouse is trapped.
No it's buddies won't come to rescue it , but if the leg is caught it may chew it off.
You could take and drown it
I use bear as they can't pass gas and tehy explode from the inside. This was taught to me by a restaurant owner.

What were you thinking!? You shouldn't have traps set up unless you know how to use them properly. Shame on you!

The trap isn't meant to crush the mouse, just trap it and let it die slowly. I'm not going to tell you what to do because you chose not to deal with your pest problem in a responsible manner. You have to learn to plan better.

Keep squeakin little guy. I hope she never forgets the sound of your voice and how her carelessness led to your suffering.

Can't help you with this one. Next time, have an exterminator visit. They have a special poison which kills the mice, but the carcass will just shrivel and dry up instead of rotting, so you don't have to find them and get rid of them.

You won't even know you have mice.

Smash it with a long handled shovel or call a neighbor over to take care of it.
