i always see 2 years of foreign language OR fine arts on admission forms and applications. so I'm confused. if i dont wanna continue studying spanish after my first year in high school can i just take two years of fine arts classes and recieve admission?
also will they make me take spanish in their college? newayz all information and help is welcomed.

You should take 4 years of language. 2 years of college language=4 years of high school language.
UIC Business does not really require foreign language, but LAS does. To get credit, you have to take an exam. If you pass out of Spanish 104, you won't have to take any language.
