I started working out about two weeks ago when i got on the scale i was 181 and then i checked a week later and i was the same. I have changed my diet and i'm doing weight trianning then 30 mintues of cardio every other day. how long till the change shows on the scale. I need to get down to 155. Oh and how soon could i do this safely?

my westie terrier is 1.5 yrs old and has suddenly become aggressive toward some dogs in my neighborhood. He plays and runs around with most of them , but with 4 dogs he has been surprisely aggresive, he barks and bites them, what's going on?

I really need help! for my writing class, I need to re-write a fairy tale story, like little red riding hood, the three little bigs, Goldilocks and the three bears..hansel and gretal etc! But it has to be a parody. Meaning making fun of it. Any ideas on how I could change one of those little fairy tales to kinda make fun of it and make it humerous. I have been told I am an attractive/cute/hot boy. I am 21 years old and in college at the momment. There is a cat that is hanging out outside my house constinly meowing and just being a nuisance. It is driving my dog nuts and if I let him go to get it I will never see him agein. I finished breastfeeding 3 weeks ago today and still haven't gotten a period? I was just wondering if this is normal or not? Should I be calling my doctor or just wait it out? Before my pregnancy I was VERY regular and don't remember waiting this long after finishing breastfeeding my first born. Anyone else wait this long?
Any advice would be great thanks!!!

ok so.. i like this guy and he liked me like we flurted like all the time and then i told another freind that i liked him and shes like ohh and so we went somewhere ( me MI crush and other friend) then i thought she was gonna tell him that i liked him and i ddint want her 2 because i wasnt sure if he liked me. so i told her i didnt like him anymore and i went away 4 a sec. and SHE asked him out! i was a little mad and soo embarrresd . there relashonship lasted about 1 week then i still really liked him a lot and soo0 there was a little drama . and then she started 2 like him and i knew she knew i still like him .. so she told him she like him and i was like $h!t crap! and so then like 10 min l8er he asked her out and theve been going out 4 like 2 months and im devastated i cant get ovr him ! and i dont want 2 talk 2 him cause ill start likeing him again , but i just dont think itzz fair cause they didnt even noe eachother they only talked on aim they had no classes 2gether..commentsplz
