She locked in a rate for my new house 45 days ago and says that the lender is ready to fund the loan today. My house is not completed yet, and I refused to approve the funding until I get a walkthrough of my house. She says that because the rate has expired, I would have to pay for the extension fees. Why should I have to pay for extension fees when it is not my fault the the house is not complete and she was the one that decided to lock in the rate 45 days ago? Can she really charge me for that?

I know they need to be pruned occasionally, fed and treated for insects and plant diseases. I just don't know when, how to prune, what to feed them, etc and I am so afraid I will finish them off cuz some of them look rather sickly already. I got some advice at the garden center but they are too busy to really spend any time. I am also trying to find stuff out in books from the library, but I am hoping some of you out there can make what seems really complicated, easier to deal with. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

im 25 and my wife is 25 I and met my wife in late april 2005 on the train, she was real nice and she lived in upstate New York and I lived in New Jersey, we both use to drive back forth and some times take the train or bus, also I work for the railroad so I ride free, Aug 2005 she got pregnant it was planned and we both was so happy. and her gradmother took il so she had to take care of her, three month later we told every body and her mom was mad started hinting and pressuring me to marry her. like an idiot i did in Feb05 and the baby came the next month, her grandmother passed away in Nov 6 then she move to NJ Jan 07 now my son in one andi hate being married to her, i dont know if i even love her. im selfish with some things and keep things to my self, I want out but every day i look at my son she so cute. We argue alot and we go at it hard. I hate this marriage!! I work nite and weekend night to getaway from her. I want ma own neat bed. What to do????

my girlfriend says the only way ill get head is if i shave my PEN15. Some of my coworkers will be traveling to Rio in 2 weeks and we just found that we have to have a freakin visa to enter Brazil. Kinda like a permit or something. The worst part of this is that it costs like $150 somethingggg. I have traveled in Argentina before and it wasn't even required. Why on earth do we need one? My coworker whos philipino has no american passport is not even required to apply and pay for one this is unbelievable why could they just enter Brazil without that permit compared to American citizens with US Passports??Why does Brazil permit that??

It all started about a year ago... i started seeing my front hairline receding...now its real bad. i have like no hair in t he front and i constantly have to get a real short haircut. My dad smokes dope, but then yells at me for it, which I don't think is right. Im 23 years old and should be able to smoke a joint once in a while if I want to. My grandpa found out that my dad smokes dope and his pist about it. My cousin is also pist that he smokes dope, but he also smokes it. I think it would be better if we all shared dope, dont you agree.

I am 21 yrs old, weigh 118 pounds and I am 5'2ft. I hate the way I look, and I hate my body. I cant seem to lose the fat from my stomach and I work out 1 and a half hours a day 5 days a week. I generally eat between 1400-1700 calories a day. I just cant seem to eat less, is there any trick to stop my self from eating so much??
