If you can afford it, best to get a exercise trainer to find out if there is something else you could be doing to help with the stomach area.
At 21, young, energetic, and healthy, it is a sad thing to hear you say "I hate the way I look, and I hate my body. I would seek counseling on this matter or at lease go to your local library and pick up some books on self-esteem.
P.S. The stomach area is one of my last areas to show a real difference when I exercise and lose weight. When I lost my weight and was where I wanted to be, I still had to lose about 5 more pounds just to get rid of my stomach. I regain the weight eating low carb foods (no breads, cereal, ice cream, nor junk) Finally, whenever, I eat these mentioned high carb foods whether I am exercising or not, the first place I put on weight is in my stomach area no matter how much exercise I am doing. Best of luck !

I know you have many answers to your questions but i hope you end up reading my reply....
You are me! I feel exactly the same, i am 5'10, 22 yrs old and 10 1/2 stone, in fact we have the same BMI 21.5 which is officially the lower end of healthy weight. So i don't think you're fat, but i know how you feel, i wish i could shift a stone or so. Ive been working out 7 days a week, eating right and up until today i have felt like nothing has changed, like its all been for nothing.
But, today i tried on something i haven't worn in ages as i knew it wouldn't fit me, but it does now. I do look fitter and more toned, things fit better etc, i bet your things do too. The weight on the scale is not the weight to go by, muscle ways heavier than fat remember, so it may appear you are putting weight on. Don't look at celebrities they have personal dietitians, trainers etc and all the time in the world to get trim.
I can guarantee that you look better than you think you do, don't change anything keep going, and may i say an hour and a half 5 times a week is fierce, you go girl!!!
if you can, keep me in touch with your progress. x

Maybe you need to change your exercise routine.
I know that after a certain period of time, your body will get used to this way of eating & exercise, and so it will stop having any effect on you.
When this happens, you need to "shock" your body in some way. In terms of food, it may have gone into starvation mode, so eat more for a few days or so, and then go back to your healthy eating ways.
Try a different exercise routine. If you go to a gym, ask one of the staff there to make you up a program. Explain your current routine, and that it doesn't seem to be working.
Make sure you drink around 8 glasses of water a day (2L), and don't skip breakfast as this gets your metabolism up and running for the day.
You don't seem to be overweight, as you are only 8 st 6 lb, but perhaps you need to tone up the certain areas of your body, and you can do this without losing weight.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING? You're a normal weight (which I'm pretty convinced you already know)! Stop doing that to yourself right this minute!
Eat between 1700-2000 calories as muscles need calories, and muscles are needed to burn fat. Proteins and carbohydrates are important, as are vitamins, minerals and fibres. If you don't eat enough, your muscles will weaken and in the long-run - whilst you may not gain weight per se - your body will get progressively less firm.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You are not overweight, and you should probably eat more calories. Dieting at this point will just cause you to lose muscle. Now, you can try to eat healthier and exercise to tone yourself up. Talk to your doctor and a registered dietitian about the best route to take. You should also try speaking to a personal trainer. Other than that, please don't be so down on yourself. I'm sure you're beautiful, but drastic diets will cause your beauty to fade. Try to focus on something else like volunteer work or join a sport or art class. Go to a spa and treat yourself. You deserve it.

i can tell you: all the figures you wrote are the correct ones. Haven't you lost any weight? I see you are eating healthy food and the amount of calories per day is OK. Also, I see you workout a lot... so, in this case I advise a medical examination, especially with a specialist in endocrinology. Have your TSH and T4 tested. Also, try naturopathic medicine, you know, holistic medicine, Acupunture might work well in your case

Hi:
The fact that the first thing you say is "I feel fat" makes me wonder if "fat" is only in your head? (please, I dont' mean this in a bad way). Most of us who are over ideal weight would outright say "I am fat".
I betcha people around you don't see you the way you see yourself!. You are thin as you are and I think the next thing you need to do is start loving yourself. You are already in a very low cal diet and exercise at your max. Life will slip by you and your youth unless you love yourself.
Blessings
