Rogaine is the only FDA approved hair loss treatment, give it a shot. There are hair replacement surgeries.. but thats a last resort.

Find a suitable shampoo to reduce the hair fall.
See a specialist if you can afford, Or try out the hair growth product at the market
If hair growth product does not help and you can't afford to see specialist, (like me) at least you reduce the fall.
See specialist when you can effort in the future.
they will ask you to undergo some treatment which took months to recover.
And each treatment cost.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tr.im/BYfF8
While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Just shave it off and be natural. You don't wanna be spending the rest of your life buying lotions and potions which - in most cases is just hocus pocus - they do absolutely nothing but make your wallet a whole lot lighter. There are a lot of good looking guys out there who shave their heads, don't worry about it. Get out and enjoy your life. :-)

Few men are born with the perfect head and therefore God makes them bald...forget it, embrace it, shave it all off and be bold. Some women love it!
