I just got a brand new Kenmore Washer from sears, Sears item #02627632000 Mfr. model #27632. Our townhome has the laundry room on the second floor. I called sears and they sent someone out within a few days to checkit out at no cost. The technician said that there was no problem and theat it would shake like that during spin because it was on the second floor. I wasn't happy with that answer since it was so obvious something was not right with the washer. I called sears back and they said i could return it and exchange it forthe same one or take a credit and apply it to a new one. I hope someone can help me out with this one. Should i get the same one? Perhaps the one i got was defective? Or should i get a different one? My budget is tight. Also, will any washer i get shake on the second floor. I can't put the laundry room anywhere else.

There was a blind girl who hated herself just because she was blind. She hated everyone, except her loving boyfriend. He was always there for her. She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her boyfriend.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her and then she could see everything, including her boyfriend. Her boyfriend asked her, "Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?" The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind too, and refused to marry him.

Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying,
"JUST TAKE CARE OF MY EYES PLEASE."

This is how humans change when their status changes. Only few remember what life was before, and who has always been for them in the most painful situations.

So are you guilty of the same charge? If so, what are you going to do about it?

I am 39 weeks pregnant and completely miserable. The dr said that it was safe for me to deliver at any time but also that the baby is running out of fluid and if her levels keep dropping (she is in 7 centimeters of fluid and 5 is dangerous) they will have to possibly give me a c section. I DO NOT want a c section so is there any way I can hurry this birth along (safely).

P.S. Sex and walking are not working :) I am not dialated only have a soft cervix.

So far I have changed the starter, battery, solenoid and positive cables.I get 12.5 volts to one side of the solenoid but when I turn the key 8.5 volts comes out the other side which isn't enough power to crank the motor over. I have also disabled the brake clutch switch because I have had problems with it before. Is this a ignition switch problem? Agway lawn tractor 42'' cut, 7 speed trans.

My son has a 1996 Taurus & after putting in a new battery, the brake lights no longer work. (The battery is the correct one, according to the manual.) The turn signals, which are on the same fuse, do. What the heck could be the matter here? Could this be a wiring issue?

I went on Sunday to adopt a cat from a pet shelter. I was upset that they had so many black cats there. I adopted two black cats, brother and sister, and they are the sweetest cats you'll ever meet.

So, my question is, are you superstitious of black cats so much that you wouldn't save one from being killed in a shelter?

I'm not interested in your politics. I'll go first.

I'm conservative with my haircuts, but liberal with my affection.

Did I mention this isn't about your politics?

We submitted an amendment via a professional tax preparer for 2006 with deductions we were told we could take. It was transferred to the IRS's Internal Examination dept. (See question I asked yesterday for details) I now know that most of them won't be allowed. Does this mean we will be audited? Or will they just disallow or reject it and that will be the end of it?? The only refund we've collected is from the original return, which i'm positive is squeaky clean. We haven't gotten anything from the IRS that wasn't ours, so will they still try to penalize us? Does the fact that it's been sent to the Internal Exam dept mean that it will be denied?
Sorry for so many questions! The original ? from yesterday was entitled "What does it mean to have your amended return sent to the IRS's internal examination department?'' Or, hopefully, you can look it up using my screen name. Thanks again!

I've been thinking about this one whilst at work..... We are all made up of matter and matter can be equated to E-mc^(2) - matter / energy constitutes what we are. So if someone was (in my case) 25 Light years away and had a big telescope pointing at me - they'd actually see me being born. If they kept looking and as time passed they'd see my first birthday, first day at school e.t.c. So...... I think this....we never actually 'die' - our whole life is (in the form of light / energy or matter even) travelling somewhere around the Universe at the speed of light. All it needs is for someone to be looking in the right direction at the right time......
