I have finished with some books that I have. I want a book that is very enlightening, easy to read, and something that I will not want to put down.

I ben wit two men name Ray Ray. Ray Ray Waters and Ray Ray Brown. I has 4 babies wit them, but every time i has a baby wit them i think things gonna be different, but then they say they dont wanna raise no babies. Joke be on them thow. I be gettin checks for these babies, and they aint gettin nuthin. Why Ray Rays gotta be such dogs?

I have $15000 ready to invest right now. My husband has excellent credit and we're thinking of getting a "hard money" loan. I have read many books about it front to cover and done some research on houses for sale. I found a website (www.discountedproperties.com) that has listings where a wholesaler assigns the contract to buy the house (being sold by owner) to me for a fee, I would then flip it and sell it for a profit. Does this sound like a good idea? Has anyone done it this way?

Also, where can I find a website of houses that have been recently sold in my area?

Anyone who has recently, with the market the way it is, flipped houses? How have you done it? Did you partner up with a Real Estate agent or did you sell the house yourself? How much of the work in the house have you done?

Any help would obviously be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order, and was charged for the entire amount. One of my items was on backorder. It has been on backorder for over a month, yet I was charged for this item. They have said they will credit me, if I don't want it, but still I have $50.00 that I should not have been charged for.

When a player hits a HR it is counted towards his career HR total. If the same players hits an “in the park HR”, it counts towards the same career count. How many “in the park” and how many “out side the park HRs” does Barry Bonds have? I see the “in the park HR” record as an honorable stat. If the “in the park HR” did not count towards the career HR record who would be the HR King? And who would be the “in the park HR” King?

This summer....I'm deciding to end my drug use. But first I must try a drug I have been wanting to try for a long time. This Drug happens to be LSD.

My mind is generally a good mind. I have bad days, but who doesnt. I will choose a day were my mood is good and ill be around my closest 2 of my close friends, 2 good friends, and one really good aquantaince who is a fun guy to be around.

I'll either be in my own home, or a very nice place around nature with birds chirping and a river with all those peaceful outdoor sounds.

Questions:
1. I know the trip will not last forever and will not drive me insane. But the possibility of Schitzophrenia is there. Can you live a normal life with schitz if it does occur? and usually how bad does acid make it?

2. Should I take a full hit or half a hit? I have had experience with Cannabis before and have felt the effects somwhat overpowering in my first few times trying it.

3. sound like a good plan?

4. Good overview of what to expect?

I remember, years ago, reading something somewhere about an old Irish tradition of soaking oats in milk or water and leaving them that way overnight, whereupon in the morning the cooking time wouldn't be so long, and, more importantly, the oats would be much more assimilable and healthy. Is there any truth to this? I eat oats and mixed-grain flakes often enough, being Celtic in ancestry, so I want to make sure I'm getting the most caloric and nutritional bang for my bites. Maybe you've done some soaking of grains yourself? Thanks in advance.
