Background: the neighbor is in debt to their eyeballs... Home equity line of credit, cars, car lease etc. I was just wondering what would happen if I offered to buy their house for less than appraisal value? IS this legit? can this be done to stop the bank from taking the house?

I had recently gone to a Prayer Meeting conducted by Evangelist Dr. Paul Dhinakaran when he had come to Bangalore in the Palace grounds. There as the prayer was conducted several people were healed of various diseases... Is there any scientific explanation for this.. In another such meeting conducted by him in an open ground it started to rain heavily.. He then prayed and commanded the rain to stop in the name of Jesus and to the shock of everybody the rain stopped immediately..!! And another shock was that after the meetind was over it was observed that except in the circumference of the ground where the meeting was conducted it had rained heavily in that entire place..!!Now how is that possible under natural circumstances..??!!Does is not prove that God exists..?? And also doesn't it prove that Jesus is true God..??

I live in a suburban subdivision in Baton Rouge. One of our neighbors does not take care of their lawn. Everyone elses lawns are well maintained and look nice. These people mow their lawn with a weedwacker. How should we tactfully get them to get up to speed, They look a little trashy in comparison to the rest of our lawns.

I'm interested in starting my own education consulting firm which specializes in assisting families who have children with special needs. I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia (on the eastern peninsula). I want to apply for grant money to help parents who can't afford such a service but I need to start with people who can and are willing and seeking adivice from an experienced special educator. Is there is a good market for such a business? Also, how much do people in similar fields charge? what do I need to consider?

My husband and I have been married for 4 years. He is 23 yrs old. I love his so much, but for the past 5 months my husband has become someone totally different. It all started 5 months ago when he joined a group of men that reinact WWII stuff around the country. My Christian, decent, awesome husband has become a short tempered, drinking and smoking individual who has quit spending time with me and our 2 yr old son. My husband jumps when ever the leader of this group calls him. My husband drops whatever he's doing and runs to meet with him. My husband is missing work, Dr.'s appts, family get together's etc... for these people. It's almost like an obsession.This is really taking its tole on me and our son. My husband and I fight all the time and I just discovered he is taking out large sums of money out of our bank account. We have tried to talk everything out the past two weeks. But it's not getting better. Not to sound cliche' but I am starting to lose that lovin feelin. Any insight?

Then after the movie, I opened many of my family secrets and had a long drive and talk. After which he started again and we landed up doing a lot of it. The next day we decided and did things we never did before and for some reason were happy and cried just once. He left and dint call back. His girlfriend knew we went for shopping together and was angry and he was trying to get her to speak again. I felt bad, angry, guilty, depressed. I know he loves me yet, after doing things he left me all alone. I did call him, but I feel bad when i do. HELP ME!!! cant forget, nor i be with him. I hate him for leaving me alsone and i hate myself for getting into it. but yet hte days with him were a boon. I wanna involve further, but i am scared of the consequences. i know he is the same state. Ahhhhhh!

Why are there so many different religions?

Scholars from each religion will read the same verse and interpret it differently.

So, which is correct? Protestants, Catholics, Muslims, Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Jews, Buddhists?

If Protestant, which of the protestant religions are correct? Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Church of God, Assembly of God?

Please don't say he who believes in the trinity, or that Jesus Christ is the son of God....please give specific answer...which of the above religion is correct and which is wrong

My dream has always been wanting to be an airline pilot since i was 5 years old. I was born in the middle east but lived in america since i was 6 years old, i am now 24. Do you think the US will allow me to become a commercial air line pilot even though I was born in the middle east? I feel discouraged because of all the events that's going on.

At high concentrations of glycerol (90% volume for example), a glycerol-water solution tends to "suck" water vapor from atmosphere.
