depends on what it is!
If it is a material thing, then a flaw can ruin it or a flaw can result in a lower price if it is sold.
If a human being is flawed the answer is no, because we are each unique.
If the law is flawed, we may all be in trouble!

flaws can make an object or a person what and who they are- look at the leaning tower of Pisa,it is flawed but visited by people from around the world BECAUSE of its flaw. A flaw can be bad in certain things yes but it doesnt not always make something bad

Everything is flawed - nothing is perfect. It's only when something is "fundamentally flawed" that you need to throw it away and start again.

No, it most certainly doesnt. It just means it isnt perfect....and i think for the most part, flaws add character and give charm. So to me its an interesting thing. :)

No,it makes it an imperfection. An imperfection can be corrected or healed. What makes it " bad is to allow certain types of imperfection to go on. Some imperfections cannot be helped for they are a part of nature.
