My dream has always been wanting to be an airline pilot since i was 5 years old. I was born in the middle east but lived in america since i was 6 years old, i am now 24. Do you think the US will allow me to become a commercial air line pilot even though I was born in the middle east? I feel discouraged because of all the events that's going on.

Thanks for your input ;-)

there shouldn't be a problem you are a US citizen and as long as you do everything you are suppose to it isn't any different. In reference to the guy who asked if you were loyal because you said you're Arab ignore him, if I moved to Germany and became a German citizen I would still always be an American.

Don't feel discouraged, it would be against the law to reject you for being born in the middle east. So don't worry as long as you know your stuff you'll be fine.

It wont be a problem, they do a TSA security check before they allow you to fly, so if you pass that, youre golden.

I think you should go for it. You might want to leave the bomb vest at home though. It might make people suspicious. Good luck.

They will most likely check you're background, if you are clean, don't worry.
