I was browsing around the net and I came across a site that had a person stating he was an Atheist and also a believing member of Scientology. I've also heard from various sources that Christians can be Scientologist. Would this then make Scientology more of a philosophy than a religion?

I was always curious to know what it meant, sorry, im new to politics...i have 3 more questions.

1. What does Pro Life and Pro Choice mean and whats the difference?

2. Whats the difference between Liberals and Conservatives...give some examples of who are 'Libs' and 'Conservatives'

3. When people talk about politics, I hear a lot of them call each other 'Bigots.' what is the actual definition of a Bigot, is it pretty much calling someone an idiot, but in a polite way? lol if not,,, oopps!

My friend was at Joshua Tree over the weekend and came back w/ a developed purple spatter looking rash above his socks. Also both of his ancles are swollen. He also is complaining of pain (not a burning) when his skin is touched or pulled. I looked at it, and it looks like he stomped on grapes in his socks, because the rash level is abrupt at the edge.

I have adopted a 3yr old Great Dane with really sensitive skin - most likely due to allergies, and rear legs with bad mobility (he tends to drag the bottoms of his feet a bit). He still needs to put on a little bit of weight. Of course I will be taking him to my vet shortly to check for health issues, but what would you recommend as the best food I can get for him that will be very healthy, nutritious, and will naturally boost his immune system, while not containing too many additives that might cause allergic reactions, will support healthy skin and coat, and will help strengthen his joints? I don't care much about the cost (let's say as long as it's less than $1.50/lb) and whether it can be found at a major store or has to be special ordered.

Please only answer this if you are a dog food expert or have a lot of experience with giant size breeds. Thank you for your help.

Sylars end was not dramatic because it was not by Peters hands at all but Hiro. And the manhole cover open leaving us to believe Sylar was injured but not out even though his eye flickered unless someone stole his body and for what purpose?

I sit next to this guy at work who is 25 years older than me, smokes, has asthma, is 50 IBS overweight. In fact, he is in such poor health he will be lucky to make it through the fiscal year. Yet we still pay the same amount each month for employer covered health care.

I think the reason that health care is so expensive is that the people making bad decisions (i.e. the fat guy that sits next to me) don't have have to pay for their bad decisions. Wouldn't universal healthcare just be this on a massive scale? Also, the really poor people get medicaid and don't pay their bills anyway, so what is the difference?

Think about it. Lebron plays like crap tonight and his team still almost wins against the PISTONS. Hmmm...who has the better supporting cast to make him look better? Lebron has many good players surrounding him and could hardly ever lead a team by himself. Kobe doesn't. He basically willed them into the playoffs. Put Lebron on the Lakers, they're a lottery team.

mostly for me its the guest that sits in your section for hours on the buisiest nite of the week, and then tips less than 10%
GRRRR.......
but a new one cropped up tonite.... a lady wanted a glass of water with a bowl of lemons, I am not kidding, the woman made lemonade (which we have on the menu!)
I brought her like 4 wedges at first and she got ticked off at me..... she wanted at least double that when I came back the next time. seriously I think I gave her 3 whole lemons!
