Sylars end was not dramatic because it was not by Peters hands at all but Hiro. And the manhole cover open leaving us to believe Sylar was injured but not out even though his eye flickered unless someone stole his body and for what purpose?

So far yours has been the best question I have answered on the subject in the way it is written. Kudos on that.

I always expected Hiro to gut Sylar with the sword just like in the picture. I wasn't expecting that he would still have enough power to fling Hiro the way he did.

I also expected Claire would be afraid to kill Peter to save the world. She knew where to shoot him but just couldn't pull the trigger.

I like the stealing of the body thing. you are the first one to surmise that is even an option. Most thought he crawled away and I would think if he had that much energy why didn't he just blow himself up and take everyone with him?

There is the great evil out there that like Sylar may like to eat brains and may have taken the body to get the powers that remained trapped in Sylar's skull.

There is also the rest of the Linderman Group that work in that building and may have thought now they can test him. They never did figure out how he achieved his powers though Molly told everyone that he ate people's brains.

It is possible, even likely that someone stole the body to test it. I am still wondering just how Nathan knew where to find Peter. I am thinking mommy dearest told him where to go so as to create a distraction long enough to steel the body and allow Claire and Noah to escape. She seems to be the one in charge now.

slyar is dead ? did you guys see something I did'nt ? I saw sylar being stabbed by hiro but you never actually see sylar die did you ? no because he is not dead . I dont think peter and nathan are dead either . I was so glad that hiro now knows he can plunge that sword into sylar without fear now . I am glad that hiro can now talk to kensai (his hero) and maybe find out some things he needs to know . I knew sylar could not defeat all of them at once and I am glad they all showed up . No one stole sylars body he crawled into the sewer like the rat he is . I love this show it is awesome.

I loved the ending. IT lets me know that theres another season. We were told all along if you watched the other episodes that Hiro was suppose to kill Sylar and the Cheerleader was suppose to kill Peter and Peter was suppose to save the world. "Save the cheerleader, save the world". Still cant undersatnd Hiro ending up in the 1600s because it didnt show him leaving the seen. Oh yeah i forgot but i dont think anyone died and Sylar escaped under the sewer.

Well yeah it was worth watching, any season finale is worth watching that has kept you at the edge of your seat for an entire season! Sylar is not dead, they need a demi villian for next season. If you rewind and play his eye flicker in slow motion, it's everything he'd done up until that point. His "life" flashing in front of his eyes, but maybe someone did drag him away, think of the building he was in front of. Maybe the "organization" drug him away to do the ole "lex luthor" testing on his body to see why he needed to consume the person's brain in order to get their power.
