would you ask a girl you dated to hook you up with her female friends?

i had a guy who did that to me. i could understand that "not that into you" part, but to actually ask me to hook him up with my friends -- i felt offended and i told him that.

am i being too sensitive, or was this guy out of line?

i just remember hearing it one day in my friend's car, and it's really sad and made me cry.

i don't really know the lyrics but it was about a guy who put a gun to his head and took his life, and then a girl[possibly wife or girlfriend] felt bad, and took her life the same way.

Another man pursuaded my wife that I was cheating on her when I was not. My wife decided it was time to seek affections from him to get even. After, a few months of being apart and having realized what she had done and that he had manipulated her she came back. I loved her with all my heart before, so much that I was willing to let her come back. But, now I have realized that I have no respect for her, I don't trust her, I'm not happy. The only things we have in common now are great sex and the kids. I gave our relationship all my energy and devotion for all these years I don't know how to do anything else. All my goals and dreams revolved around her. What do I do? I don't think I can stand being away from the kids. Now she wants to know all the time who I am talking with on the phone, email etc. I'm not doing anything wrong, but she acts like I'm a scoundrel. All I really want is what we used to have, is that possible? If not I want out............

On March 30 I was told by my Realtor that someone wanted my condo. It had been on sale for about 6 months. I was told the buyers were looking for a May 15th closing. About April 30 I called my Realtor to ask if all was on schedule as I hadn't heard anything since faxing the contract on March 31st. On May 10th I was called by my Realtor and told the buyers had been rejected by the association as their dog was over the weight and height requirements. I was fine with that as I was not out of any money. On May 12th I was called and told that the buyers decided to get rid of the dog and that was the only thing holding back their approval from the board. I asked when do they expect me to move? I was told I should be out before the 15th (the day of closing). I moved on the 14th. That night I received a phone call informing me the buyers had decided to keep their dog so the deal was off the board was rejecting them due to the dog. I am out $2000 + for moving expenses, now I have to move back.

I had a panic attack the other night and I was suffering this From 8 pm. May-16th and I'm still feeling nervous, disconected and dreamy with a fast heartbeat today....I was prescribed (Alprazolam) 0.25 Mg and I want to hear some stories from experienced users...What does it feel like when you take it? do you feel nervous? do you fear for the side effects? Well you see people can make anything look real with a computer and the right training. So then how do we know that the stuff they show us on TV is real? I know it's illegal and all but still how do we know the goverment is not telling us/ showing us lies? Just wondering.

I have recently decided to purchase an 07 Xterra. I have yet to pay for the car. I have filled out a lot of papers such as a "you owe/We owe, a power of attorney concerning title transfer and some other ones. The car i chose is not at the lot. They promised me the car the following day, but three days later no car. They stated that they were having difficulty with another dealership and they had drop the ball. They even said that they were going to drive the car approx 300 miles to my location. I stated that would not be acceptable. There customer service has been quite lame. I had to call them to find out the status of my vehicle. I placed no money down and gave them no sort of retainer. They also wanted to run another credit check after I stated that I have a blank check from my bank. Can I ditch this loser dealership?

I keep reading these questions, where I as an atheist, are basically being forced to explain the existence of the entire universe. If I can't do that, I should believe in a god. Because well, if there is something I don't know, it's obvious that a god did it.

My problem is, I don't even know how yoghurt is made. Nor do I care. But, I'm pretty sure God didn't make it.

I'm also sure that nobody on this planet knows, without a doubt, how the universe came to existence. There are two answers to that question:
-God did it
-I don't know.
Both answers basically mean the same, except that the last answer leaves room to search for real answers.

My question is: Does your not knowing how the universe came to existence have anything to do with your belief/disbelief in any gods?
