Forget about wether or not the suspensions of Stoudamire and Diaw are "fair" or "right". What i want to know is are the suspensions really in the best interest of the NBA? Isn't it better for the NBA if the "exciting" Phoenix Suns advance in the playoffs, and play more games than the "boring" SA Spurs? I have no rooting interest in either team, but if given the choice, I would be much more likely to tune in and watch a Suns game than a Spurs game. I know that Spurs fans are going to reply that I just don't appreciate good fundamental B Ball, but i've got news for you...It's F'ing boring. If it wasn't your favorite team, and you didn't have a rooting interest, you would realize how truly agonizing it is to sit through a Spurs game. Anyway, let me know what you think. Did the NBA shoot itself in the foot?

I have to move into a new apartment where pets are not allowed, but I MUST bring my cat. I need ideas on how to keep him from sitting in the front window. I thought I could put some bitter orange stuff that keeps animals away from things on the window sill, but any tips would be sooooo appreciated.

IRAQ AND THE BIBLE
Subject: IRAQ AND THE BIBLE (KORAN 9:11 -- THE ISLAMIC BIBLE)

Hey,,Anyone know about this...

Read all of this one, it is interesting!! Read down to the very bottom highlighted in green , IT GAVE ME GOOSEBUMPS!!! you don't want to miss this! ((*_*))

VERY INTERESTING-

1. The Garden of Eden was in Iraq.

2. Mesopotamia, which is now Iraq , was the cradle of ci vilization!

3. Noah built the ark in Iraq.

4. The Tower of Babel was in Iraq

5. Abraham was from Ur, which is in Southern Iraq!

6. Isaac's wife Rebekah is from Nahor, which is in Iraq!

7. Jacob met Rachel in Iraq.

8. Jonah preached in Nineveh -

which is in Iraq.

9. Assyria, which is in Iraq, conquered the ten tribes of Israel.

10 Amos cried out in Iraq!

11. Babylon, which is in Iraq, destroyed Jerusalem.

12. Daniel was in the lion's den in Iraq!

13. The three Hebrew children were in the fire in Iraq (Jesus had been in Iraq also as the fourth person in the
Fiery Furnace!)

14. Belshazzar, the King of Babylon saw the "writing on the wall" in Iraq.

15. Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, carried the Jews captive into Iraq.

16. Ezekiel preached in Iraq.

17. The wise men were from Iraq.

18. Peter preached in Iraq.

19. The "Empire of Man" described in

Revelation is called Babylon , which was

a city in Iraq!

And you have probably seen this one: Israel is the nation most often mentioned in the Bible. But do you know which nation is second? It is Iraq! However, that is not the name that is used in the Bible. The names used in the Bible are Babylon, Land of Shinar, and Mesopotamia .. The word Mesopotamia means between the two rivers, more exactly between the Tigris

and Euphrates Rivers. The name Iraq, means country with deep roots.

Indeed Iraq is a country with deep roots and is a very significant country in the Bible.

No other nation, except Israel, has more history and prophecy associated

with it than Iraq.

And also, This is something to think about: Since America is typically represented by an eagle. Saddam should have read up on his Muslim passages ...

The following verse is fr om the Koran, (the Islamic Bible)

Koran (9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah;

and there was peace.
(Note the verse number!) Hmmmmmmm?!

Maybe they are too cocky to admit they are like 1000 years late for the rapture.

"Should we go now Dad?"

God looks at his broken watch.

"Not according to my watch......."

I lived a block away from her, for many years (elementary school to high school) and this whole claim that she had it tough growing up and was part of a Mexican Gang is hillarious to me. She was the stereo typical California Beach Girl, and if you look it up Hacienda Heights is an Upper Middle Class neighborhood. More power to her for her success in life but, why fake your back ground. It makes me sick! Just had to get it out there... pass it on.

chicago is a city that allows no guns beyond law enforcement, and they have countless gun related crimes.
yet ,in new hampshire there are no state gun laws and they have almost a non existant amount of gun related crimes.most criminals would not risk attacking someone if they were armed.gun control is hitting at what you are aiming at.
gun control has lost it's meaning.

I didnt get a good OF during the draft other than Torri Hunter and DL have hurt me. I am thinking of getting Ken Griffey JR for Josh Hamilton (I got Josh during Nick Markasis slump). Hunter Pence is also available. I also have Robinson Cano who has been replaced by Dan Uggla as my full time 2B and moved Sammy Sosa as my Util player with Torri Hunter and Shane Victorino as my other OF. This is a mix league and no keepers. Chris Young, Troy Glaus, Johnny Peralta, and Geoff Jinkons are also available off waivers on May 19. I have Jones playing 3B with Eric Chavez as backup, Mauer as and V. Martinez as Catcher, Adrian Gonzalez 1B. Thanks

More than anything, the terrorists are engaging in a psychological war. What sense does it make to engage them in a conventional war when they choose the time and place of their attack and then disappear? This is the definition of guerilla warfare and psychological warfare. Each time a soldier of ours gets killed or maimed, the enemy is inflicting damage (especially psychological damage) to us without receiving any. Even if it ends in a stalemate, we still lose because the enemy is so much smaller than us. It's a much bigger victory for them. This war needed to be fought in the shadows using the CIA and covert techniques - not with troops on the ground. Every day, we are paying a huge price in morale, money, world opinion, military resources, and human lives. I fear we are creating more terrorists with our policy of preemptive strike and invasion. We have a lot more to lose because our enemies will prove that the 'Great Satan' can be handed a defeat.
