i'd like to buy a house but i don't want go through estate's charges.obviously because i'm interested in a bargain.do u have smth to propose?

It would be sensible to define the area/region you are searching for a house.

I'm sure there are some web-based property sites including private offers in your area too, why don't you ask a local bank?

You will pay market value unless you find some poor desperate sole trying to dump a piece of garbage on your lap. Call a realtor.

you didn't say where you wanted it . i have a couple of rentals that i am going to unload shortly.Also 2 i just started to work on to flip.but my best answer is a agent is worth the money you think you will save.

strange question ... the buyer doesn't pay the estate agent the seller does !
