I'm actually going to assume that you know what you're asking. For audio files at least, defragmenting can create havoc, so there's a program called interleave that undoes the evils of defragmenting and basically re-fragments the files. You can find it for free here.

i'm guessing you mean defragment . windows does have a basic defragment program in the accesories listing on your menu. but better get disk keeper they offer a 30 day trial
