According Anna Farris (Cindy) it was a boxing trainer who looks like him but in the DVD commentary David Zucker said it was the real Mike Tyson.
Also the Don King in the movie was the real one, the Oprah was played by former Madtv star who played her on the show, Debra Wilson. Just to let you know.
