India is a member of The Hague convention and Ministry of External Affairs can legalise a document using an apostille stamp. MoEA has attested my birth certificate, but did not put the apostille stamp. The reason they gave is they have stopped for some time and it will reopen maybe in 1.5 months. How and why do they stop? They are part of international treaty! All the development and bureaucracy is the same in India!

ok, so this may be a little weird, but I'm 13, 5'2.5, 100 pounds and im trying to be 95. I am 32 and my husband is 34. We have been married for 4 yrs. no child yet.But my husband is not financially stable yet. As I am also earning we are pulling on somehow. My husband gets very less salary. If we have a child the expenses and commitments increases. Incase I am not able to continue with the job everything has to be managed with his salary which is next to impossible. Only thing is that he is having bit of property. having a child in this kind of a situation is it suitable. Everybody says that as you get aged it is very difficult. Why do girls tease guys? She is just doing it to be mean. Like she was making signs that I was gay like the ******* handmotion which I thought was extremely rude considering I am not gay at all.

And she laughs whenever something bad happens to me with her friends of course.

She is a nice person but sometimes she does things that are just so mean.

She doesn't like me she has a crush on some other guy and has been since the VERY beginning of the year. Sometimes she talks to me like a friend but then she is like sooo ******* mean and annoying.

Why?????

Also note: I do not have a crush on her at all for those of you who might have said something like that. I used to at the beginning of the year but then I got to know her and didn't like her anymore.
