ok, so this may be a little weird, but I'm 13, 5'2.5, 100 pounds and im trying to be 95. I know that im already small enough, but i dont feel like im healthy enough, like not enough muscles in my body. so is there any fast way to lose 5 pounds really fast? please please please!! anything. please? so if anyone out there in the cyber world knows anything, please tell me =]

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well it's probably not very healthy to just lose 5 lbs real quick for no reason. You obviously don't NEED to lose weight. If you think you need more muscle or need to be more tone, losing weight is a bad idea. I would suggest cardio workout and low weight, high repetition workouts. You'll get tone and look good without being too skinny. If you just really want to lose 5 lbs quick for a weigh in or something, take a bunch of exlax and drink lots of water. But like I said, thats not all that healthy.

your bmi right now is 18(healthy bmi is 18.5-25).which means you are already underweight,you lose 5 pounds youll be on the right side of anorexia.trust me you dont want to lose weight.you need all your strength if you want to mature into a healthy woman.this is the stage your body stores up calcium and other important compounds which will help you when you give birth.being underweight can lead lead serious cardiovascular (heart)complications and oteoporosis.dont lose your health just because you want to look like a skinny stick.its not attractive !!!!!!

Drink ALOT of water 8-10 glasses a day, it will drop you down close to 10 pounds in a week! TRUST ME!

Plus exercise before you eat breakfast
If you have breakfast then exercise, your body gets its energy from the nutrients in the food you just ate
But if you exercise before eating, your body has to use the fat in your body for excerise and thise gets burnt away

Muscles are heavier than fat, so if you develop them, you will be slimmer but heavier.

Eat lots of vegetables, drink water and exercise. Good luck.
