i have been ill for the last 3 days and have had a temperature. what are some things i shoulddo to make me feel better.ive also been tired and experience tummy pains.plz help

You can also get some fresh ginger such as at a health food store or even some of the farmer's markets. Sometimes a flea market may carry food items such as ginger certain days a week (and yes it is good ginger). What you would do is to cut up a few pieces from the ginger and put it in some hot water. A few minutes later the tea is ready to drink. I'm recommending about 3 pieces when you try this so that the taste of the ginger doesn't shock you since this will be your first time with it.

If you can't find the fresh ginger at the places I mentioned or even your local supermarket you can try Gingerale or even 7 Up or Sprite.

Ginger is very good for helping upset of the digestive system.

I find hot mint tea, with a teaspoon of honey, very soothing when I have a stomach ache.
