I can use to transcribe recorded notes into a word document?

I recorded the notes using my Olympus Digital Recorder and it's downloaded onto my hard drive. I just need to turn it into a word doc so I can email the notes to team members.

(Yeah, I'm feelin kinda lazy right now, and just don't feel like typing what will end up as 4-5 pages of notes)

Anybody know of anything...?

do you think it will be possible for me to shed 6 seconds on my 400?
this will be my second time running it (usually i run the mile instead of the 400 m run and it took me this long to figure out i wanted to run the 400 instead of the 1600) . i want to try and break the school record which is 60 seconds flat and on wednesday i got a 1:06 and that was with no close competition everyone else was about 8 seconds behind me and it was my first time running it this season. my last track meet is tommorow and do you think it is possible for me to shed 6 seconds.

I can not call an exterminator because it is an apartment building and Ive already been told I can't have them come spray. I have those um, i think there called silverfish, the long skinny bugs, and little beetley looking bugs alot and those tiny tiny brown beetles with blackish spots. I also get spiders but I know spiders keep ants away so they dont bother me so much. Anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know what those bugs are called?

You may or may not know, but free will does not exist as many understand it to. There is no magical soul that makes decisions. It is a vast amount of interactions between various stimuli and some random processes here and there, in the end, we do what we do because of the functioning of them all. Someone that studied the slightest bit of neurobiology would know this..

However, I guess it is stupid of me to think that any theist would actual study, or be able to comprehend neurobiology anyway right? So they continuously use the free will cop-out so that any individual has complete control over their very existence and being. Somehow though, God always manages to avoid responsibility for his behavior...

If you haven't and you aren't theist, there are many good books out there for laymen. One interesting theory on this is Hume's Fork. Simple but sensible.

I downloaded the halo trial for pc on windows xp home edition a while back then i deleted it. i redownloaded it recently and it doesn't work, it keeps crashing and says gathering exception data. I have downloaded a file that microsoft said would fix it (strings.dll) and put it where they said to put it and it still won't work. I tried downloading patch fixers for it as well and they won't work. i have also reinstalled, redownloaded,and tried downloaded from a different site. anyone know how to fix it?
