I can use to transcribe recorded notes into a word document?

I recorded the notes using my Olympus Digital Recorder and it's downloaded onto my hard drive. I just need to turn it into a word doc so I can email the notes to team members.

(Yeah, I'm feelin kinda lazy right now, and just don't feel like typing what will end up as 4-5 pages of notes)

Anybody know of anything...?

Well there are voice to text programs, none I have seen work all that well but they are getting better.
