160 isn't too bad, but there are many factors you need to take into consideration. Your height plays a big role for that helps determine what your ideal weight should be, as well as your age. Go onto a website like Men's Health magazine's site. There, I'm sure you can find info about weight and BMI (Body Mass Index). Your BMI helps to determine what your ideal weight should be for your height and age. Good luck.

Go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and plug in the height and the weight. If the BMI (not IBM!) comes out over 25, the person (you?) is overweight. You can play with the BMI calculator to get the safe weight range (so the BMI is between 18.5 and 25).

Your stats would help. Other than that, if you're between 5ft8 and 5ft10, it's about right, unless you're a teenager. If you're a teen and you're 6 feet or over and you weigh 160, it's still not a bad thing.

Lol, how tall are you??? The weight alone does not mean anything!! Just look in the mirror and look if your fat (belly fat or something???) or if your skinny....I mean, you should be able to see that in the mirror lol
