The only thing that's close enough would be a vibrator. But after using one your hymen will be broken (anytime you stretch it open, even for a pelvic exam it will break the hymen) It's just a piece of skin that is attached to the back of the cervix opening toward your bottom.
One of the hand held vibrators (not the substitute, but a vibrator for like your neck) will do.....can be used, but put a plastic baggie over it, for hygenic purposes.

be creative, you could use things out of the kitchen or bathroom.
