i have afriend who said if you had your tubes tied but you carry heavy boxes your tubes will come untied,and just because you had your tubes tied you can still get pregnant.

I don't know about the carrying heavy boxes part, but u could get pregnant still, even with ur tubes tied. I mean it's probably a very slim chance but its there.

That's highly unlikely. But if you have your tubes tied then there is always a chance you can get pregnant within the first few weeks after, so it's best to take precautions during that time (remain on the pill, use condoms, etc.).

Yes, I don't know about picking up heavy boxes, But I know someone who had them tied a few yrs later she got pregnant, and then had 2 more after that.

Your friend is stupid. No offence, but that is strange. While occasionally the body will repair damage, such as tied tubes, it is very rare. Once it is done, it is done.

No amount of heavy boxes can change that.

that's just silly, they don't literally tie them, they cut, clamp, and burn them. chances of getting pregnant again is next to impossible.
