To run Zune Marketplace you need atleast Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (download SP2 free here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx ) or Vista.....

call up zune help in case you won't be in a position to establish the application...they can be waiting to assist ya. I certainly have put in it on 3 differnt desktops without subjects so i know it extremely works. good good fortune enormously specific zune help is a million-800-GET-ZUNE

i do believe Windows Media Player supports the Zune. it IS made by Microsoft anyways....
