I'm female 5ft 7in, I used to take karate for 9 years but stoped in 2000 cause of a knee injury.I went from 165lbs, to 240lbs, and I hate it. I like being active, but I don't want to gain muscle bulk, and look like a dude. I don't know what foods to eat, and what kind of excercise to do to loose inches and look leaner.. Can you help please? I need food and work out ideas.
Also, I'm getting married in May 2008, so that's what another incentive is for myself....
