Get a combo product of lidocaine and aloe to ease the pain and relieve the burn. You may also want to get some cocoa butter and vitamin E oil to reduce the chances of peeling. You can also take some motrin, if you need to.

I had a similiar sunburn from a ride on the lake in an open boat. I used a headband and kept a bag of ice on my forehead. It took awhile for the swelling to do down, but it will!

Aloe lotion. Its the best. If you have an Aloe plant that works as well, just cut a bit of a stem off and squeeze the gel on the affected area. It feels so much better. Or you can just go to Walgreens and pick up a bottle of Aloe Vera.

Whenever I get sunburned, I buy a gel for sunburn that has Aloe in it.
It soothes and cools the skin while it helps reduce swelling and speed recovery.

You may want to apply lots of aloe gel, between icing it to help bring down the swelling.

You can't cure it! Keep it moisturized, aloe is best, and use sunscreen now and in the future!
