Not to see different shades of red, exactly, no Pinks. Only to be able to see Black, White, Red and Greys...?

Nope, not possible! Color blindness involves problems with the photoreceptors of your eye. You can be blind to red v.s. green and to blue v.s. yellow. Or you can be blind to all color. If you can see red, you can probably see green too.

I see your problem. I don't think there is another color that would look good with that scheme! How about focussing on some natural elements like maple furniture, picture frames, bowls. That would add an element of "yellow" without the artificialness of a painted object. It would also bring warmth. A sisal rug/carpet, or a bamboo mat, som woven wooden or bamboo baskets, bamboo shades on the windows are some ideas. And "less is more" in a highly decorated room. You don't have to fill every empty space!

I don't think it is possibel to throw red in there but grayscale is for sure a possibility
