Yesterday, My four and a half year old and I went to the grocery store. We were in the frozen food aisle packed with people, when a boy came up to her and called her fat. His mother was standing there and did nothing. This boy was about 6 or 7 years old. I gave him the look of death and told my daughter to keep moving. She didn't understand what he said, but from my reaction and the other customers reactions, she knew it was bad. She asked if we could leave. I am outraged that this boys mother did absolutly nothing to her son. She was standing right there when it happened. He was not quiet about it. In fact, after he said it, he started laughing!!! How would you handle the mother who clearly didn't care that her son was completlely out of control?

I was having problem with my display driver. I installed a fresh windows. Now I don't see the hibernate option in power properties. What may be the cause? is windows not installed properly? I disabled the graphics driver due to some display problem. is that may be the cause?

I currently have a HP SlimLine s7627c and it has a AM2 Windsor Athlon 64 X2 3800+. I purchased a Brisbane AM2 Athlon 64 X2 4800+ and I put it into the computer. Everything is put in correctly and this is the 2nd CPU I have tried. Here is a link to the HP specifications:

However, the problem is that the computer refuses to boot. It will go through the Windows loading screen as soon as the log in screen should come on, it turns off. I cannot run Live Windows XP either or Linux. I can run certain programs like recovery and partition magic. I have tried reinstalling Windows, and everything is fine until it restarts and needs to get into "Windows".

This question involves quite a lot of experience and expertise. Please do not post up amateur answers.

My Dad and Mom bought a house 40 years ago in New York for $34,000. My mom passed away 3 years ago The house is now in a trust with my sister and I for my Dad. The house is worth about $675,000 now. My Dad wants to now move , sell the house and get remarried. He only wants about$175,000. Can he give the house to me as a gift or sell it at lower than market value price to avoid taxes and capital gains and then I take an equity loan to give him the money he needs?

i have been talking to this man for 4 months and we are deeply in love but lately he has been acting really strange when he gets mad hes like i gotta go and i dont here from him until the next day. Well yesterday we had another fight over nothing and he hung up on me, Today i have called him allday and his cousin picked up once and said he left his phone outside that he would tell him to call me , i called quite a few times after that and his cousin answered said something and hung up i didnt really here him , im at a point i dont know what to expect or how to feel.
