I read that 21 babies are born every 7 seconds and I think at least 1 person dies a second. So my answer is more people are born every day.

Considering the....
wars
suicide bombings
murder
car accidents
hatred
and just plain stupidity
there is in the world I would have to say more people die then are born. Just personal opinion.

about the same... but in a way with the war and stuffs i think that more people are dying or already dead... in another words perhaps under certain circumstances like how the world is right now, more people die but then again there is the rule of karma so with every person dead is another person born...

It's definitely born. Population grows exponentially. Not to mention, the help from modern day medicine combined with all the horny people out there. Statistics don't lie.
This is on reason why i think reincarnation is inconclusive.
