Hi, so I have been in great shape for a while now- I workout 6 days a week- (I do weights 3 x a week and then cardio 3x a week) But the past few weeks I have noticed I am getting wider in my hips and butt- like bulking up a bit- and I do not want that! I use light weight, and do high reps. I have workouts on dvd I do. I am 5'7 and I was 120 (which is thin, yes) I have gained 5 pounds which I know is nothing, and many cannot even tell, but I know and am wondering if I am doing something wrong? I have eaten the same for years now....so that cannot be it. Any suggestions?
