As of this morning, I've lost 22 lbs since this January. I'm happy with my progress and I plan to continue. I've slipped a few times, and honestly could have/ should have lost even more than I have by now. I don't mean to complain, because I know lots of people have a difficult time dropping even 5 or 10 lbs- as I have tried and failed several times. I have noticed that my clothes fit better, my stomach isnt as "poked" out when I look down, and in general, I feel better. I've only lost 1 jeans size during the 22 lbs. It seems like my fat loss isnt very obvious and some people look at me like I'm lying about my progress when I tell them how much I've lost (when they ask- I dont brag). I am fairly tall, so I'm sure thats part of it- but what else could it be?
