I made a mistake about six months ago. I did not cheat on my wife, but I had not been conducting myself appropriately in the least. The bottom line is that I let my wife down and hurt her terribly. Never in my life have I wanted to make something up to someone so bad. She has mentioned the vows that we took when we married and how I disrespected them. I want her to know that my actions that caused this will never be repeated, that I love her dearly, and that our vows mean everything to me...I want another chance and a clean slate. How can I propose this to her in the most special way? I'm sick with guilt and feel absolutely awful and just want to make things right with her.

The worst part is the cleaners had offered to reimburse the judge for his "missing pants" and later, when they found it decided to return the pants instead of paying $1000 - now what happens next - the judge still decides to sue them and rob them of their lifetime of savings - not just that they could be able to afford this huge lawsuit but imagine, it must have simply wrecked their family apart!

Beats it - I came to America, worked for 7 years - earned a lot of money but then, screwed a pair of pants and lost everything I ever earned.

Bankrupt for eternity.

I bought a male and female betta. I found a great bowl, it looks very nice, but I think it is too small. It is less than 1 gallon, I think, and I am getting a 5 gallon tank. There is a cave for the female to hide in, and there are 5 other small decorations. The tank has a light in the canopy, and comes with a filter. Is a 5 gallon tank big enough for 2 bettas? (male and female) They were in the small fish bowl for 2 days, but I noticed the male was flaring his gills at her. Thanks for the help.

I met my father when I was 18 and he has been their since. I just turned 24... He is what we would consider ok.. Doesnt call or make me feel like he is a parent but also hasnt ever treated me the way my mother has....... On the other hand my mother will probably be completely offended because she raised 3 kids and he didnt do anything but live 30 minutes away and never see us..... She is paying for the wedding but also she was the one who raised me. I was thinking about doing it alone but affraid of falling on my face. I wanted to have them both do it but I just dont like that idea either. I am his only daughter and my mothers only daughter.... I AM SOOOOOO CONFUSED.....

I keep hearing people say that!.. Isn't it totally clear that a draft is the last thing the Bush administration wants? That would turn the population against them! Now they have an all volunteer force, no dissent, every soldier there at Bush's disposal.. I HOPE there's a draft, it would give us all a reason to take to the streets in record numbers not seen since Vietnam, and THEN we'd see how long he could drag this war on...
