sex is between two or more persons. masturbation is just that, masturbation. if you are by yourself, its not sex. now, masturbation with someone else is considered sexual activity.

No. Being sexually active implys having sex, or performing sexual acts with a partner. The key point being that your partner is the one stimulating you.

Since masturbation is done alone, then it would not qualify as being sexually active.

It's being sexually active by yourself I suppose. I consider sexually active, engaging in intercourse w/another person or oral sex and masturbation done by someone else. Doing it yourself is exactly that, DOING IT YOURSELF! Have fun!

medically speaking -NO

Those questions are directed toward risk factors like, catching a disease or becoming pregnant. Not actually performing an activity solo.

Personally I dont believe that it is because your not doing it with another person and your pleasuring yourself with out getting any risks of sexually transmitted diseases.

In Switzerland it is.....In our Christian nation it is......Doctor wise NO......But boy you sure do think about it a lot when you do.
