...does my brother and sister-in-law not appreciate this gift? Is it because it's out of season?

When I grow up, I want to be just like "What Should I Do? Moron". However, I doubt if I'll ever have half the wit, grace, or (if that's his [her?] real picture) looks that he has. Would it be ok if I just copy and pasted his old postings and then pretended they were my own?

I want to buy some Alkalizer solutions/pills (for pH balance), but online shopping takes couple of days for them to ship.

Does anyone know any retail stores that sell Alkalizer solutions or powder in the LA or Orange County area (California)?

Thanks.

We know that certain stories in the OT are prophetic pictures of future events, even though they're not labeled as prophecy (such as Joseph's slavery & redemption foreshadowing Jesus' earthly trials & service).

Do you ever wonder whether any events in the NT (also not labled as prophecy), foreshadow future events as well? Lately, I've been pondering the similarities between Acts 13:6-11 and Revelation 13:11-18.

Has anyone else thought of this possibility?

I'm seriously considering applying for a border patrol job with the CBP. I meet the requirements and qualifications, and have visited the official website. My question is; just how tough is the physical training (boot camp)? I'm a 27 year old female who works out 3 times a week, but I'm not in really great shape. Could someone with experience in the academy give me some ideas of how difficult training will be?

It is obvious that everyone here that answers a question and puts down ' I'm A vet ' isn't actually a vet. If you check the other questions they ask, and the advice some of them give.. It is very apparent.

I don't know about legality, but am sure that it's illegal somewhere to say you are a vet and give advice and you aren't actually a vet.. You give people a false sense of security by saying you are a vet.. Most questions shouldn't be asked here anyhow, they should be asked of a vet.. If you are NOT a vet please don't say you are..
People are taking these answers as gospel and if you aren't really a vet, you shouldn't give that impression.

Ok, so here is the actual question...
Is it Illegal or just morally wrong to pose as a vet and give answers to questions claiming to be a vet?

I'll be honest, There are some here that most definately are vets.. But there are a couple that give answers that .. Well let's just say I have read better answers posted by an 8 year old..

My wife is Mexican, and she wants me to be like a Mexican Soap opera star and fight with everyone who has a disagreement with her. Recently she was arguing (civily) with my brother over how a relationship should be (she thinks that she should be in control of an entire relationship, and the two should be together always, ignoring everyone else including family). Anyway, she thinks that any time that someone argues with her over something, then I am supposed to act all macho, and punch them in the face or something. I don't understand, because I was always taught to be calm, and not to fight. Clearly if she was in physical danger I would fight for her. But she says that I am a traidor, and not doing my duty as her husband. Keeping in mind that we are not talking about strangers, we are talking about arguments with family. What do you think? Women's opinion is valued in particular.

I have this old crusty Fujitsu Lifebook C with a physically damaged hard drive. The hard drive in the laptop now is a discontinued item, and is proving rather difficult to find (part # MHM2200AT). I can, however, find numerous other hard drives that fit the 2.5" form (for instance, the MHV2040AT), but they use different interfaces. The old hard drive used Ultra ATA/66, and the newer drives use ATA 7. Would I be able to mount a hard drive using the ATA 7 interface in a laptop whose previous hard drive was Ultra ATA/66?

I'm pretty sure it'll work fine, but I'd rather get a second opinion before I shell out the $$, know what I mean? :)

We'd been going out for 3 months and this is the 3rd time I've slept with another woman, that she knows about, with 2 other events that were definitely dodgy...

She still really didn't want to break up, I've had problems in the past and she believed I could change enough to at least stop the habits that would break us up. To me it seems that it should be obvious by now that I'm not meant for actual "relationships".

I know I was wrong for cheating, and throwing away her love like that, but when I have already hurt her so much, was I wrong to break up with her just because she wouldn't?

She still really loves me and I love her, (I know it doesn't look it) and I really am still trying to change... She's the only one who believes I can. Should it then be her decision if she wants to risk being hurt again? I know she thinks so, and she's more upset with me for breaking up than the cheating...
