Not much really. I quit drinking alcohol and don't do drugs anymore. I take a few vitamins, don't drink soda very often and never eat fast food. I rarely eat junk food or sweets. I rotted my teeth out from soda and candy so I learned my lesson. I stay away from fried food unless I'm totally craving it. I never overeat and I eat very slowly and stop as soon as I feel full. I walk as much as possible since I live in NYC and don't have a car. I also wash my hands a lot since I live in a filthy, germ filled city. I refrain from putting my hands in my mouth, eyes or nose as much as possible when out in public to try not to get sick. I also try to do a little bit of stretching sometimes because it feels good and I like to stay limber. I don't exercise though.

I don't do much, but I play soccer so I stay in shape...plus my body is just built in a way that I really don't have to control what i eat that much
I'm lucky that way
