Do you have any problems with being called or referred to as a female? I'm not talking about using the word as an adjective, but as a noun. For some reason, it just galls me to no end. Rats, bats and cockroaches are females; I prefer person, woman or lady. It's a picky little thing, I know, just a pet peeve. Your thoughts?

I'm 13.5 weeks with baby#1. I normally would love nothing more than to eat SunChips (which are salty), now lately, nothing tastes better than ice cream with chocolate syrup or fruit snacks or a sweet treat. Would you say i'm having a girl or just changing in hormones and tastebuds that the salt is being replaced by sweets now? What do you think? I had what I had considered the best job in my life and then some politics happened whiched caused me to leave. I found a job makin more money, very long term and a place i can be conmfortable. I was recently asked by my old company to come back with a promotion, increase in pay from what i am making now and at the position, title and responsibilities i wanted in the first place. It is not as stable business as the one I am in but i did like it alot.
Would it be reasonable to go back? I have been at this new company for about 6 months now and seem to be wanted here, just not sure how much higher they will go on the pay scale.

I had unprotected sex 7 days ago with an ex.bf(my first everything also the only guy i have ever had sex with)who i am having a fling with(he has a gf) currently i am worried because i am not sure if i was ovulating my last period was april 11th ish.The fling was supposed to have been payback for my bf cheating on me because i wanted to wait to have sex with him(we never had sex)and on my ex.bf's gf who i suspect he left me for.Tons of my friends have used sex as a revenge tool i dont understand why is it blowing up in my face!Its never happened to any of my friends who did this? I was watching the Bill Oreilly show and he was talking about this video of a little girl who was basically spewing liberal stuff like religion is the cause of all war and that republicans cause poverty and so on and so forth. He claimed that this was child abuse. I agreed because I think brainwashing is child abuse no matter what your brainwashing the child into believing. But notice that Bill Oreilly has never said anything about the Evangelical Movement. These parents basically send there kids to these bible camps to be brainwashed into believing in god and agreeing with conservative views. How is this not child abuse???? Why is it ok to brainwash children into believing conservative views but not liberal views???

If a person can be bi then they should just be straight. I'm gay. I've tried guys and felt nothing because it does'nt interest me. Trying something does'nt make you bi. Trying it and LOVING it is what makes you bi. So if you can enjoy both why not just be with the more accepted one. I used to wish I could enjoy a man. Life would be easier but I just don't get turned on by them. Is'nt being bi just being greedy. Pick a side.

we have a dell all in one printer which we are happy with but did not know the only way to get ink is through their website and as with most ink cartridges they cost a fortune. I found a company who carries just about evry mfg's ink but dell's.

maybe waive the inital fee for filing just to get everyone in the system, and to track them. IF they cannot pay the 2nd fee or the 3rd or 4th then there should be no excuse they get deported.. I understand that IF they didn't have enough money to come to this country and they did it illegally, they should have the money now to file from working here for years.

This is in response to a comment made in one of my other questions, stating "You can't blame Mexicans for wanting a better life". If Mexicans want a better life, why is it the responsibility of the United States to provide it? Why doesn't Mexico work to solve its own problems instead of the president asking the United States to ease immigration laws?

Mexico's problems are not the United States' responsibilities. It's not MY fault, as an American from immigrants, that Mexico won't provide jobs because it is relying on the United States to produce all of its income...
