maybe waive the inital fee for filing just to get everyone in the system, and to track them. IF they cannot pay the 2nd fee or the 3rd or 4th then there should be no excuse they get deported.. I understand that IF they didn't have enough money to come to this country and they did it illegally, they should have the money now to file from working here for years.

I agree that they are coming to this country for a better life, but we are now faced with too many problems to deal with this right now. Too many people in America are without jobs. We are also constantly on Terror alert. If we allow them to enter this country because they marched in the street. We are allowing people from other countries to enter that might be a threat to the American people. I think that a lot of people that are fighting for this cause fail to realize that we can't just enter other countries without papers either. This law has been set in place for the protection of the American people. To make it easier for this country to keep track of who is entering the country.

I have a better one. What if all so called law breakers that have gotten caught of course (since lots of law breakers still out there) with degrees, licenses, have yet to get arrested. Would relocate homelands with "so called law breaking citizens" from Mexico. And bring/send all non-caught yet citizens together? Who would harvest the most do you think?

Seriously. If that were possible like your idea. Nearly could bet that the US would be a very-very lonely, boring, target for those terrorists that prey on such naive natives of this so called land of the free!

By the way. Many 'borrowed' social security cards that they use. Helps keep misinformed tax payers from having to dish out more taxes that otherwise unemployed citizens that hate working creates. Plus, some deadbeats kid(s) father as well cleans the slate on arrearages. That "law abiding" citizens would have been stuck with! So it's a win-win affair lest you are in an opposing circumstance!

Why would we waive any fees and then give them 3 additional strikes to pay?
okay...now...back taxes on what amount? How do we verify their income?
Now how about background checks? I see nothing in your plan to do those so I assume you will let the illegals with criminal records in as well. I think your heart is in the right place, but no sale.

everybody deserves a chance this country is not just "owned" by white people which seem to be the ones to care more about this issue. They come here for a better life by working giving there family a better life style. Everybody tries to improve nobody wants to have a family and have nothing to offer. They don't come over to take people job which in the first place they don't have YET. The solution would be to just offer amnesty to them not making them wait 5 year for it. The system really needs to get to work on this faster I don't think they should have their "heads blown off" because they want to have a better living and being able to provide. If this people really didn't want them here then they themselves would stop hiring them or they would be out there trying to take there jobs... = ) I'm proud to be a Hispanic

To apply to each and everyone of them, the same immigration laws of their country of origin. This way, their country is to blame, not us.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if they had any intention of doing things the right way we wouldn't have the mess we have now. That's like saying if you had left your door unlocked, the burglar wouldn't have had to break-in, but lets give him a couple more chances before we lock him up.
