For example, one Asian person is really nice to White person because the person is White. It's not a racism because the Asian person is just really nice and the White person won't know the Asian person is nice to him "because of his race". i'm thinking about joining a mentoring program at school, but im not sure. my friend is doing it, but does anyone know what people do in a mentoring rogram?? i kno its where you help younger people, but what do we do?? do we just talk, or what??

I'm a piano player, but recently I've been experiencing shooting pain and muscle fatigue. The pain runs from the third knuckle of my little finger, up my forearm to my elbow. The fatigue is in my hand and wrist. I've tried cold, hot, and rest. After a period of rest (a week) the pain returns after just a few minutes of practice. Help me out folks.
